Episode 20: Goin To Mardi Gras!

This week, we are celebrating our 20th show in style! We are heading to Mardi Gras! And you know we're bound to have some crazy mess happening.  In honor of Mardi Gras we're going to be speaking with native New Orleanian, Edward Cox about the parades costumes and misconceptions of Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and about Universal Orlando.  Then we get a taste of New Orleans with Chef Thomas Wolfe as we talk about the foods, traditional dishes and rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina.
